Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NordSecure website and your purchase of our products and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products & service

We sell Pixel devices onto which we professionally install and harden privacy-hardened Android (GrapheneOS), and re-lock verified boot. Each device is custom-configured to your order. We also sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use abroad, delivered digitally.

Orders & pricing

• Device prices are shown in EUR and processed through Shopify checkout. eSIM plans, phone numbers and SMS verifications are shown in EUR and paid in cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments) directly on this site; we do not accept cards for them.
• An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, if a device becomes unavailable) and will refund you in full where we do.

Newsletter discount codes

• Confirming a newsletter subscription issues one single-use code for 10% off.
• It applies to eSIM plans, phone numbers, SMS verifications and top-ups. Privacy phones are excluded, as is shipping. The discount is calculated on the eligible items only.
• Single use. Once a code has been used on a completed order it cannot be used again, whatever the discount amount was.
• Codes expire 90 days after they are issued and are not combinable with any other discount or offer.
• One live code per subscriber. We may void codes obtained through abuse — for example bulk or automated signups, or addresses created only to generate codes.
• A code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. If an order paid with a code is refunded, the refund is the amount actually paid.

eSIM data plans (digital content)

• eSIMs are delivered immediately after payment as a QR code and activation details shown on screen. Save them — for your privacy we keep no account linking the purchase to you, so we cannot re-send what you did not save (support can restore an eSIM using your payment ID).
• By purchasing an eSIM you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital service, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive.
• Data allowances, validity periods, and coverage are stated on each plan before purchase. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked — the plan page provides a compatibility check.
• If an eSIM we deliver is defective and cannot be activated, contact us with your payment ID and we will replace it or refund you.

Phone numbers & verification codes (digital services)

• A phone-number planprovides a real mobile number, delivered as an eSIM, with calls, texts and data for the plan's stated duration. A verification-code (SMS) order provides a temporary number to receive a single one-time code. Both are digital services, delivered immediately and bought without a name or an account.
• As with eSIM plans, by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for the service. Delivery rates shown for verification numbers are indicative, not guarantees — some services actively block numbers like these, which is why the success rate is shown before you pay.
• Refunds. A verification order is refunded only where no number could be supplied at all; once a number is issued and its included retries are spent it cannot be refunded, because we are charged per number whether or not a code arrives. A phone-number plan is refundable only while its eSIM remains uninstalled — contact us with your order ID before installing.
• These numbers are unsuitable for banking or any account you need long-term: verification numbers are single-use and expire.

GrapheneOS is an independent open-source project. NordSecure is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GrapheneOS project.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or infringe others' rights.

Warranties & liability

Devices are provided with the warranty described on our Shipping & Returns page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
