All eSIM planseSIM top-up
Add data to your eSIM
Ran low? Choose any amount and we load the best-value data it buys straight onto the eSIM you already installed — no new QR code, nothing to reinstall.
Find it on your phone: Settings → Cellular/Mobile → tap this eSIM → ICCID (18–22 digits).
No PIN needed to add data — topping up only ever puts credit on an eSIM. Your PIN is only required to view or manage it.
How to find your ICCID
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular → tap the eSIM → the ICCID is listed there.
- Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status (or Network & internet → SIMs → the eSIM).
The ICCID is the only thing we need to top up your eSIM — no account, no personal details.

About top-ups
- Will I have to scan a new QR code?
- No. A top-up loads data onto the eSIM already installed on your phone — same profile, same ICCID, nothing to reinstall and nothing to scan. If your phone is showing the eSIM already, you're done as soon as the payment clears.
- Why don't you ask for my PIN?
- Because a top-up only ever adds value to an eSIM — it can't move data off one, read anything about it, or change who controls it. The ICCID alone is enough to send data to the right place, so we don't ask for anything more. Your PIN is only needed to log in and see your eSIM.
- Can I top up for a different country?
- No. An eSIM is bound to the country it was created for, and a top-up buys data for that same country. If you're travelling somewhere else, you need a new eSIM for that destination rather than a top-up on this one.
- How long does it take to arrive?
- The data is ordered as soon as your payment settles. By card that's near-instant. By crypto it depends on the network confirming the transaction, which typically takes ten to thirty minutes — the page will keep you posted, and you don't need to stay on it.
- Does topping up reset my remaining days?
- No, it extends them. Days stack rather than replacing each other, so a top-up while you still have validity left adds to what you've got instead of throwing it away. There's no penalty for topping up early.
- I can't find my ICCID — where is it?
- On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → tap the eSIM. On Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status, or Network & internet → SIMs → the eSIM. It's an 18–22 digit number. If you paid by crypto and lost the page before saving anything, you can claim the purchase with its payment ID instead.
Travelling somewhere new?
A top-up buys data for the country this eSIM was set up for. For a different destination you'll want a new eSIM — browse plans by country, or check whether a regional plan covers the whole trip on one profile.
