Where Silent Link is the better choice
- A wider range of cryptocurrencies, including Lightning, USDT and other altcoins. If you want to pay in something specific, they likely take it and we may not.
- Advertised rates as low as $1.50/GB across much of Europe and the USA, which on a pure per-gigabyte basis is competitive with or better than ours.
- Balances that do not expire, which suits infrequent travel better than a validity window.
Where we differ
- Phone numbers that genuinely take calls and send texts, rather than inbound SMS only — which matters if the number has to work like a normal one.
- Hardened Pixel devices, shipped from Denmark within the EU, so there is no customs bill and no separate vendor for the device half.
- A device you can buy by card, at Shopify's checkout, if you want the hardware without holding cryptocurrency. The connectivity itself is crypto only, same as theirs.
Which should you pick?
